問題詳情

IV. 篇章結構 (10題,每題1分,共10分)  1. In winter across the northlands, you can see fisherman sitting on ice-covered lakes near holes in the ice. They’re watching fishing lines that have disappeared down into the water. When their lines jerk, the fishermen come alive and pull up their fish. 41      Some ice fishermen prefer the old ways. They dress warmly and take only their fishing line, bait and a box to sit on. 42 Now, many fishermen use electronic depth finders to find out how deep the water is. They also use the Global Positioning System (GPS) to mark “hot spots” where the fishing is good.      43 So they use an ice fishing house instead. 44 Some are permanent houses that can be left on the ice for two or three months. Besides a heater, these houses often contain cooking gear and beds so that fishermen can stay overnight. Where they want to fish, they simply do so through holes in the floor of the house.45 These houses can only seat a few people, but also have heaters to keep out the cold.
