People in Taiwan used about 28 million plastic bottles last year. This fact comes from the Society of Wilderness. However, only 14 million plastic bottle caps were recycled. The other 14 million caps can end up in rivers and oceans. Then, they might be eaten by animals.     The Taiwan Environmental Information Association is trying to change this. They take plastic bottle caps and turn theminto art. The group will even hold a show with their plastic bottle cap art.
