B. Wei De-Sheng is a director(導演)from Taiwan. Seediq Bale and Cape NO. 7 are his famous movies. Wei met a friend in his early 20s. He told Wei a lot about movies, so Wei started to feel interested in movies.　In 2003, Wei planned(計畫)to make the movie Seediq Bale. However, he stopped it because he didn’t have enough money. Then he made Cape NO. 7. After Cape NO. 7 became a popular movie in 2008, he made the movie Seediq Bale. Because it is a big movie about Taiwan history, Wei had many problems when he made it. Wei didn’t give up, and he borrowed money from lots of people. Some helped Wei, but some didn’t. However, when people in the theater saw the movie in 2011, they were touched(感動的)because of the story and Wei’s love for the movie.
