I drifted to sleep holding my mother’s hand and woke up 6 hours later. They gave mestickers to put on it too.A month after the operation, they switched the device on for me. ___29___ all I could hear were beeps and it was really weird, buteventually my brain learnt to recognize the sounds... it was amazing!
