E. Below is what Jack wrote in his diary. July 11th What a hot and busy day! Larry gave me a RIGHT person, Peter, to make meals with me last weekend, but I don’t think he can doanything well except washing vegetable! Why did Larry hire him? I can’t believe it! July 13th A basketball team came here to celebrate their winning of the big game at lunchtime, and a group of people asked for special mealsat the same time. I didn’t have a minute to take a rest for eight hours! My poor legs! July 14th Peter cut his finger when dealing with meat. I had to stop what I was doing to take care of him. He is really a big trouble. July 16th I took a day off today. Meg asked me to cook dinner for her and I said no. Why should I keep doing the same thing even on myholiday? I just want to stay away from fire and watch TV in the cool room. Don’t push me! July 20th Meg plans to have a party at Larry’s, but I don’t think it’s a good idea. The more people come to Larry’s, the busier I will be.Give me a break, please!
