問題詳情

Ⅱ. 請依下列文章,寫出 3 題閱讀測驗做為高三上學期第一次段考之考題(每題 2 分 共 6 分)Quantum Physics is the study of matter and energy at molecular and microscopic level. “Quantum”is a Latin word meaning “how much,” and it’s this definition that adequately describes the science ofquantum physics, for it measures very small things. The study of physics is a relatively new field; in fact, many discoveries were made by Albert Einstein at the beginning of the twentieth century. But as scientistsgained technology to measure with better precision the phenomena that were happening in the universe, they discovered strange occurrence. Whereas there were laws of physics governing large bodies of matter, these laws didn’t apply to subatomic material. They saw that the act of observing something influences itsphysical processes and what direction it will go into, causing the universe not to be a predictable place, but one filled with a series of probabilities. In other words, the universe was discovered to be one wherereality rests with the observer. At first, even Einstein developed some theories to rebuke this new science. However, Quantum physicists came up with some more theories that proved to be more useful thanEinstein’s incorrect theories and led to quantum physics being accepted as a science.
