Dr. Albert Schweitzer（史懷哲）was born in Germany（德國）in 1875 and died in Africa in 1965. He was the doctor who entered West Africa to help Africans. However, chweitzer didn’t plan to be a doctor until one day when he read a story which was about poor Africans. He then decided to study medicine, and seven years later, he became a doctor. 44 age 38, he and his wife, Helen, packed their bags and headed 45 West Africa. He helped the sick people there for over 50 years. Because 46 his hard work, many people got to know how poor Africans were and donated money to help build a hospital there. Dr. Schweitzer will always be remembered for what he did to help the people in Africa.
