7. 一位 72 歲男性，因為高血壓，蛋白尿，下肢輕度水腫，來門診就診。實驗室檢查: serum creatinine1.8mg/dL, 有 proteinuria (2+), hematuria (-), 進一步做urine protein electrophoresis 有 monoclonal band (+)，C3與 C4 皆正常。住院做腎臟生檢(renal biopsy)發現有物質沉澱在 glomerulus，tubule 部分正常。以特殊染色，呈現 Congo red (-) 。病人最可能的診斷為:
