   The Internet is so big that we must use search engines to find what we want, and most people’s first   choice is a search engine called Google. Google’s homepage is now the single most visited Web page onthe Internet. The name is so well known that “to google” has become a common verb in English.   The idea for Google came to students Larry Page and Sergey Brin back in 1996. Unhappy with thesearch engines that were available, they were determined to do better. However, achieving their goal wasa challenge; at that time, no one had much interest in the search engine field.
