 In Greek mythology, there was a great hero Achilles. Althoughhe was a human, he had a strong body that would never be hurt. Itwas because when Achilles was born, his mother brought him tothe river Styx. The river Styx had magic power and could makepeople unhurt. Thus, Achilles’ mother held him by his heel andbathed him in the river. In this way, Achilles would be protectedby magic.
