問題詳情

Ⅴ. Reading Comprehension 5% 每題1分,共5題My name is Kilian. I am an exchange student from Germany. I have been in Taiwan for half a year. During the first month after I arrived, I discovered many strange and different eating habits among the people here.Take chopsticks for example. I couldn’t use these tools well at first. Therefore, food often dropped from my chopsticks. Also, in my home country, we eat soup before a main dish, but here people don’t eat soup until they finish their main course. What’s more, in Germany, we don’t make noise or slurp during a meal, but here some people do that.In addition, night markets are also new to me. When my home-stay parents took me to the night maket for the first time, I was very surprised at many weird foods like oyster omelet, pig’s blood cake, fried eel noodles, and stinky tofu. I was also surprised that even at midnight, some stores are still open. Convenience stores are even open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In my country, most stores close in the evening; some are even closed in the afternoon on cold winter days. It’s fun to find out so many interesting things about Taiwan. I will treasure the remaining six months of my stay here.
