6%Jason and Nina are running together along the Tamsui River. They run together twice a week. He is alwayshappy to run with Nina. They always chat along the way. Yesterday evening, Nina told Jason the big news. Shejoined the Kaohsiung City Marathon. She was very happy and she wanted to train herself much harder now. ButJason told her not to train too hard and it is better to run a little every day, or she might hurt herself. Nina thinks itis a good idea. From now on, she plans to go running just for thirty minutes after work every day, have morehealthy food, and also go to the gym three times a week. She also hopes she can become a good running coach inthe future.
