IV. 閱讀測驗: (@2%, 20%)       Before there was YouTube, popular musicians had to be discovered by talent scouts or on shows like "Star Search" and "American Idol." These shows helped make singers like Usher and Carrie Underwood household names. But the file-sharing site has changed that, giving anyone with access to a video camera and a computer the chance to launch themselves into stardom.     Singer Justin Bieber was brought up with a modest background by a single mother in Ontario, Canada. She allowed him to bang on pots and pans and would play Boyz II Men constantly in the house, starting when he was a baby. He was encouraged to sing around the house. The seeds for a musical prodigy were planted. At the age of 12, Bieber started posting homemade videos of himself on YouTube and industry insiders started to take notice. Before long he was being flown to the United States to meet with record producers. He got a manager and signed a multi-million dollar recording contract.      Three years after posting to YouTube, Bieber was embarking on a world tour and launching his first music album. He has quickly gone from awkward school talent shows to thousands of teen girls screaming for him and top songs on Billboard's Top 100 list. That's amazing for a boy who grew up without formal training. Bieber quickly went from YouTube sensation to worldwide superstar.
