It’sbeen an old Christmas tradition for children to write letters toSanta Claus. Many postal services around the globe allow children tosend letters to Santa Claus pleading for gifts. Among thesepostal services, The Finnish Santa Claus receives most letters fromchildren all over the world. Childrenfrom Great Britain, Poland, and Japan are the busiest writers.Normally, a wish list of toys and descriptions of good behavior areincluded in these letters. Some social scientists have found thatboys and girls write letters with distinguishing styles. Generally,girls’ letters are longer and politer in comparison of thosewritten by boys.
