Then run back to pick upthe second block and return it to the starting point as well. When the second block isplaced behind the starting point, the test is completed. The score is recorded as the number ofseconds it takes to complete the test. Each test has a rating chart. The ratings, which range frompoor to excellent based on performance will be discussed next.
