Gen Y’s older peers often don’tunderstand their expectation that a supervisor functions as service provider, helping to quickly boosttheir younger colleagues’ development and career advancement. These are just some of the reasonswhy organizations should adopt management strategies to address the differences in values andexpectations of each employee group so as to ensure harmonious productivity.
