I saw a touching movie, Fly, Kite Fly, today. This was the first time I saw a movie about birds in Taiwan.

Fly, Kite Fly, is the true story of Shen Chen-chung, who has spent more than 23 years studying black kites in every part of Taiwan. The black kite is a medium-sized bird.

Shen first saw black kites at Waimushan in Keelung when he was a high school teacher. The birds interested him a lot. Sadly, the group of the black kites never appeared again. He decided to follow black kites and keep a record of them.

      Following and studying black kites is not an easy job. It takes a lot of hard work. After several years of studying them, Shen   31   up teaching and began to follow the birds day and night. When studying them, he did not get close to them but watched them quietly and carefully far away from them. The more he studied them, the more he wanted to do something to save them.

      What Shen has done for black kites touches my heart. Like him, I want to help the birds because they are also part of nature. If we     32   anything to save them, they will be gone from the blue sky soon.

      I want to thank Shen and his team for what they have done for black kites. I hope black kites   33   back in the near future.
