(Ⅱ)Many people have heard of the name, Fu Pei-mei. Fu Pei-mei was well-known for her culinary programs on TV. She had introduced four thousand different Chinese dishes in her programs. One of Japan’s TV stations once invited her to host Chinese cooking programs. She taught cooking skills on TV, wrote cookbooks, and gave cooking classes for housewives. Also, many countries had invited Fu Pei-mei to show delicious Chinese dishes. She made Taiwan more visible in the world by introducing Chinese dishes abroad on TV. Although she died in 2004, she has an important place in Chinese food history in Taiwan.
