425When the driver of an automobile is signaled to stop by means of speech, gesture, command stick, honking horn or alarm horn, etc. in case of police or personnel performing traffic inspection tasks according to law, the driver shall not
(A) After the vehicle is stopped, the driver may ask the police about the reasons for stopping the vehicle, such as the road traffic regulation that is violated.
(B) Currently, there is no penalty for not taking a driving license or vehicle registration with you. If the police ask for personal information such as name, date of birth and ID card number, the driver may ignore those questions.
