15 In accordance with the Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Rules, no superior court may, on grounds ofwrong jurisdiction, reverse the substantive adjudication of a civil or administrative court on an intellectualproperty civil or administrative action which, though not subject to the ____jurisdiction of theintellectual property court, shall be deemed to be so subject substantively.
